All sessions are by appointment only. Staff may be able to accommodate other hours, so please call us to inquire.

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Please note that we may not be in the office if there are no scheduled appointments.

Lakeside Physical Therapy and Wellness is in-network with most plans from the following insurance carriers:

Aetna
Cigna
Medicare

Please call our office for the most up-to-date information, as our in-network contracts have recently changed.

For all other insurance carriers, we offer services on a fee-for-service or cash basis. We are out-of-network providers for these carriers. We are happy to provide our patients with a detailed statement that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement (including HSA and other insurance companies).
